Meetings

The Heart & Soul group meets on the 2nd Monday of every month in a different members house. Everyone is welcome. We rotate the facilitator role which allows us to experience a variety of perspectives and approaches.  Much of our work draws on Joanna Macy’s The Work that Reconnects, however we have also explored practices from Thich Nhat Hanh and Starhawk.
